Network of know-how

One of the key features of Tiki Treiler is the longevity of the product. For us, this means in particular the security of the entire trailer during its lifecycle. We cooperate with the best manufacturers in their field in an aim to build trailers that last for a lifetime. For example our trailers use bridges from the leading Hungarian company Gnott and winches from the French manufacturer Goliath. We test and regularly check all of our partners to ensure that every component meets the set quality requirements.

Certification

All models go through various tests before the launch for sale, with the tests been carried out in the world's leading laboratories. We also commence a range of practical tests, which take place in different natural conditions. Each year we carry through verification of certificates and the measurement of trailers in Finland (AKE) and in Sweden (Bilprovningen). All our trailers meet the requirements of EU directives.

Our trailers are certified in many fields:

• tow bars
• light units
• registration plates
• tyres

In addition to the certificates the trailers have passed the following tests, all of which benefit to the overall security of the trailer:

• lashing eyelets and hooks;
• the front of the trailer and back ports;
• winch-setup;
• strength calculations

TIKI has approval certificates in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Uzbekistan.
Ukrainian product certification is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

Quality policy

TIKI has developed and implemented the ISO 9001: 2008 standards of quality management system and has obtained the relevant BVQI certificate, which confirms the reliability of the system. The company has set the goal of a quality management system to be continuously improved and updated.

At the beginning of 2009 we implemented the constant monitoring of product assembly.
